"Little Angel" Recognition
“Little Angels” is a program allowing children age 12 and under to play a special role in Angels Among Us. Through this program, children are encouraged to find creative ways of raising money. For their efforts, Angels Among Us will award medals to children who fall into the following categories:

Bronze -- $150 to $299 |
Silver -- $300 to $499 |
Gold -- $500 or more |
PROJECT REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY FOR A MEDAL:
Plan and carry out
Fundraising projects with a minimum of adult help. Examples are:
- Pet wash
- Lemonade stand
- Home library with kids books for other kids to pay and check out to read
- Making and selling cards, jewelry, etc.
- Bake sale
After Your Fundraiser
To receive a medal on event day, email the following information to Paula Green no later than April 19th.
- Team Name
- Fundraiser Description
- Name of each child who qualifies for a medal
- Total raised
- PLEASE NOTE: If money is not going to be turned in on event day, a check made payable to "Duke University – 10BT" for the total amount raised, should be mailed to Duke no later than April 12th. Include the Team Name on the memo line for your team to receive credit.

Day of Event
Bring to the KIDSZONE no later than 9:45 am:
- “Little Angel Recognition Form”
- Poster with description and pictures of fundraisers for display
ALL CHILDREN WHO HAVE NOT PREVIOULSY SUBMITTED THE FUNDRAISER DESCRIPTION AND MONEY TOTAL, BUT HAVE RAISED $150 OR MORE, CAN RECEIVE A RIBBON ON EVENT DAY.
To Be Eligible for Event Day Ribbons
Fill out a “Little Angel Recognition Form” located in the KIDSZONE area no later than 9:45 am, on the day of the event. A poster with description and pictures is not required.
